Josie and Danny were amazing every step of the way. I wish all my wedding vendors had been as responsive as Josie during the planning process, and I knew I could depend on them for the big day. If you want journalistic-style photographs by invisible photographers, this is the perfect choice for you. If you want lots of portraits, go with a different photographer. Josie is all about capturing The Day and the moments that happen when you don’t even notice there is a photographer watching. Every wedding is unique, of course, but that uniqueness is captured in the photos she takes.

Thank you, Josie, for your photographic services for Alexandra and Marcio’s wedding. You did an excellent job of recording the entire day’s events in a thorough and unobtrusive manner. You captured moments both large and elusive; beautiful and telling. Your background as a photojournalist is apparent in your ability to tell the story in pictures. Your turn around time was fantastic. Within a week we were looking at pictures online and enjoying the photo booth video. The wedding book arrived soon thereafter – a beautiful keepsake of a memorable day.
We almost didn’t do the photo booth and I am so glad we decided differently. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed playing in the booth and we have wonderful shots of our friends and family cutting loose. Putting the still shots together into a video using music from the samba band was especially inspired – another special keepsake.
In many ways, the photos of an event, over time, become the event itself. Our memories fade, while the pictures remain on the page and come to be our memories. It is the wedding photographer’s job to capture and record a universal and unique story. Our thanks to you for doing such a wonderful job!
